A Global Movement of Kingdom Marketplace Leaders

Your career was never separate from your calling.

EPIC Centres equip entrepreneurs, professionals, influencers, inspirers and creators to lead with wisdom, wealth and Kingdom purpose — in business, government, education, media, industry, culture and innovation.

IDENTITY

The rise of a tribe for future marketplace leaders.

Not Confined

Faith was never meant to be confined to religious environments, and work was never meant to be disconnected from purpose.

A Primary Sphere

The marketplace is where leadership, innovation, wealth creation, and cultural transformation take place.

Meaning & Expression

Faith gives meaning to our work. Our work gives expression to our faith.

Gather. Equip. Deploy.

EPIC exists to gather, equip, and deploy this emerging global tribe of career-called believers.

DIRECTION

Vision & Mission stated plainly.

- VISION

To establish EPIC Centres in every major city of the world - equipping God's marketplace leaders to influence culture, steward wealth, transform industries, and advance the purposes of God in their generation.

- MISSION

To connect, equip, and empower the tribe through community, leadership development, coaching, and curated resources - so they grow in wisdom, influence, and effectiveness.

CLARITY IN IDENTITY

What EPIC Centres are not.

Not a church.

We honour the church as God's primary structure for worship, discipleship, and pastoral care. We do not replace or compete with it.

Not a denomination.

We are trans-denominational and trans-organisational, operating at the level of Kingdom tribe rather than institutional alignment.

Not a Bible study.

Scripture and spiritual formation are foundational, but EPIC is a leadership and marketplace activation ecosystem - not a supplementary program.

Not offering-funded.

We operate through a Kingdom business model based on value exchange, resource access and membership participation.

The EPIC ecosystem. A living cycle, not a program.

What people said about the summit

Ryan Milne

It's awesome, very practical, loving the teaching. It's, yeah, obviously challenging the thinking and the mindset, but yeah, it's great. I've been following Bishop Wayne for a while now, reading a couple of books, so it's just bringing it all together. He brings a lot of concepts that are sort of in, I've found in many different places and puts it in one. So very good.

We learned about the various levels in a business, comparing it to an airline where there's first, business, premium and economy, the fact to have products for each distinct marketplace and a pricing structure accordingly. Also building your business to be noticed by premium clients who've got the ability to buy big ticket items. It's a whole new way of thinking for me. It's like I didn't even know that was a question I could ask. So I'm recalibrating.

I've been very impressed by what Bishop Wayne has to say today. There was a couple of things that really hit home for me. One in particular with the airlines and how he interpreted how there's economy class, there's premium, business and first class. So it encouraged me to check to see how many cabins I have in my own personal business. And the other thing that was a bit of a takeaway was it showed me that we really need to be prepared for what God would have for us to do.

Matthew Blest

We're learning a lot about the different opportunities that are out there, you know, understanding it from a quite biblical standpoint of view, from a business mindset, and just understanding that you don't have to be like everybody else. I think you've got to put yourself out there.

Donna Foy

I love the analogy of the pit to the palace. The gifts were the same everywhere but until he stood before Pharaoh, and it wasn't just about Pharaoh, it was about reaching those beyond the walls. It was about saving his family, you know, saving Egypt, saving beyond himself and his family. That's what really impacted me. Because when you stand in the right rooms, that's when everything changes, but you don't stand in the right rooms until you've got the right mindset.

Levi Zimmerman

I think he pulls on really strong concepts in Genesis, looking at Joseph, who facilitated the greatest wealth transfer, something similar along those lines. Looking at Abraham, who was also very wealthy, very rich, and being also called righteous, going to the biblical principles and extracting all of the core things that you need to have to be wealthy and be Christian at the same time. It's not a contradiction, it's what we're called to do. To be like God is creating value for other people. That's a good point to be made.

“He’s very clear. He articulates things very well, but he also brings that humour in… it makes things a lot more relaxed.”
